Dongnae Hot Spring has a history of about 1,400 years, dating back to the Silla period of the Three Kingdoms era. In October 2026 the Ministry of the Interior and Safety designated the Dongnae Hot Spring district as Korea’s fourth “Hot Spring City,” and its water, over 70℃, is the second hottest in the country after Bugok Hot Spring in Changnyeong.
Hurshimchung is an urban hot spring that opened in 1991, with more than 40 kinds of baths, an open-air bath and sauna facilities.

A museum of Busan’s ancient history from the Samhan to the Three Kingdoms period, centered on artifacts from the Bokcheon-dong tombs. Together with the Daeseong-dong tombs in Gimhae, the Bokcheon-dong tombs are considered key sites for understanding early Gaya.
Artifacts such as a gilt-bronze crown and the Treasure “Horn-shaped Cup with Horse Head Decoration” are on permanent display, and special exhibitions and programs continue in 2026 for the museum’s 30th anniversary.
